📦 How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 3–5 business days. After shipping, most orders arrive in 7–14 business days depending on your location.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

📐 How do I know what size to order?

Each NovaClaws set includes 10 nails (one for each finger) in your chosen size: Small (S), Medium (M), or Large (L).

🕒 How long do they last?

With proper prep and adhesive:

• 7–14 days with nail tabs
• Up to 3–4 weeks with nail glue (especially if UV-cured)

And yes — they’re reusable!

💧 Are they waterproof?

Yes! Our nails are water-resistant for daily wear — including hand-washing, showering, and light chores.
We recommend avoiding long exposure to hot water to extend wear time.
