📦 Processing Time

All of our press-on nails are handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and package your order before shipping.

🌍 Worldwide Shipping

NovaClaws proudly offers international shipping to most countries across the globe.

If your country is not listed at checkout or appears unavailable, please feel free to contact us at info@novaclaws.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you directly.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

In most cases, delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

However, as this is international shipping, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, local carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please know that we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

✈️ Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you do not receive it within 7 days after placing your order, feel free to reach out at info@novaclaws.com.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NovaClaws is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, the reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

🛡️ Lost or Delayed Packages

After your order leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments, we will always do our best to support you if issues arise. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking information for updates.
