Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@novaclaws.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, NovaClaws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim. We recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout.
